I think this is a literally "cool" idea. How come I never heard about this before. It's the closest you can get to wasabi but I don't think it will be that strong. I love a little spice in every meal and mint would be the best way to highlight it. Have you tried holy basil? It has a minty taste and it's cool to include that in pasta. I am not sure about where else we can use it though. Unlike mint, it's simply finding its way to be amazing anywhere you put it.
