The base oil for our flavoured oils is Sunflower oil. The way we flavour the oils is a company secret and has only been disclosed the food inspector who approved of our method.
Our oils have a medium flame temperature and can be used in cooking, frying, salad dressings, bread dippings and vinaigrettes.
